| CUSTOMER CARE The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday 10 am to 5 pm It is closed on Mondays (except Easter Monday and Whit Monday), 24, 25 and 31 December, and 1 January. Entrance fees: Children 5 years of age and younger are free. Adults: € 4.50 Reduction*: € 2.50 Dresden-Card Holders: € 3.50 Holders of the Family Card (Familienkarte; 2 adults and children of 16 years of age and younger): € 11.00 Holders of the Annual Card (Jahreskarte): € 15.00 (reduction*: € 7.50) Groups of 10 or more: Adults: € 3.00 Reduction*: € 2.00 School groups and max. 2 educational companions: € 1.00 per person (this does not apply to apprentices) Kindergarten groups: free entrance; companions (max. 2): € 1.00 Guided tours (additional fee): Adult groups or individuals: € 40.00 School groups: € 12.00 Please reserve guided tours in advance by calling us on +49 351 8644-133, -132 oder -131 For weekend guided tours, reservations are required three weeks in advance. Photography permit (Fotoerlaubnis): € 1.00 Video permit (Videoerlaubnis): € 2.50 *A reduction is granted to children, pupils, apprentices, students, severely challenged persons and unemployed or retired persons, among others (evidenced by a valid document). Opening hours for the library and the document, photo and special collections (Advance reservations are required for use of the above facilities.): Tuesday through Friday 9 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm Closed on Mondays. |
