Staff are pleased to operate the lift and the platform lift for you. Please ask a supervisor or staff member if you wish to use these.

Public toilets for wheelchair users:

Women: doors 82–91 cm, 174x124 cm in front of WC and 94 cm to the right, next to WC.

Men: doors 84-91 cm, 171x124 cm in front of WC and 92 cm to the left, next to WC.

In the exhibition area on road transport, you can reach the gallery/2nd floor via platform lift (access via a ramp; 8% grade, 1.2 m long; area 103x143 cm).
The gallery in the aviation exhibition is not accessible for wheelchair users.

You can find the related information at the info point in the exhibition, next to the aviation pioneers.
In addition to using the interactive stations (marked in green), visually impaired visitors are permitted to touch selected objects in the exhibitions.

Please only touch these objects with white gloves, under the supervision of a tour guide, staff member or escort.

The museum ticket desk has gloves available as well as guide books (in written language) that indicate which exhibits may be touched.
